• STRUCTURE OF THE BANKING SYSTEM
Banking system of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic consists of Pridnestrovian Republican Bank and a number of commercial banks and other credit institutions licensed to conduct certain banking operations.

Pridnestrovian Republican Bank, Pridnestrovian Republic’s Savings Bank, commercial banks of all kinds, and other credit institutions having license to conduct certain banking operations, form the banking system of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

There are 3 commercial banks that operate on the territory of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic at  present time.

Commercial Banks:

1. Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Sberbank".
2. Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Eximbank".
3. CJSC "Agroprombank".

• BANK UNIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS
According to the Article 3 of THE LAW ON BANKS AND BANKING IN TMR
Banks may form unions, associations, and other organizations for coordination of their activities, protection of their interests, and carrying out of joint programs, provided that these organizations do not contradict the Pridnestrovian legislative acts.
